    They first gave us a very lousy room on 12th floor , after complains , they gave us a nice room on 13th floor .

    The room is quite okay, clean, neat and tidy. The furnishing is nice and comfortable except for the old mini refrigerator.

    The front desk customer service is damn slow. I've waited for almost 1 hour just to check-in!..

    Pathetic service, no one greets you anywhere in this hotel, towels were not available in washrooms, luggage was sent in the room after 2 hours of check in and 3 reminder calls etc etc I will never ever stay in this hotel again

    The staff is very unfriendly and unhelpful. We stayed in a room full of cockroaches and the room itself was dirty. The sheets were stained, the towels were gray, the bathtub had stains in it. You couldn't open the windows. After one night we asked to change rooms because the cockroaches were all over the place. The new room still had cockroaches in it! They clearly showed that they couldn't care less. They even turned our electricity off, after the first night. When we asked what is wrong they told us the check out time is noon, but we had paid for 2 nights.The food is quite good, but the restaurants are full of mosquitoes. The hotel is a 5 minutes walk from the next subway station which is the only plus point. This is definitely no 4 star hotel as they advertise !!

    The bathtub was old, no toothbrush provided, my towel is far more better than the one provided, so boring the lounge, no live band..

    I have to wait for a long time while checking in because there is no record of my reservation from Booked.net. Initially they told me sorry and ask me to go, or to call Booked.net about the issue, as there is nothing much they could do to help in checking in. Just before I left the hotel, they called after me and told me that they have found the booking? What an experience and embarrass situation I was in! Now most of the hotel gives free wifi, except this one

    The front-line Bell-Boys and the Security personnels I give credit.They are the cream of this Hotel and very helpful to all.My best wishes to them in all their Future endeavours.

    The personnels handling the Registration Sessions must have more Customer Service Trainings.They must know how to address any issues of the Hotel Users and not be abrupt in their answers.One must satify the Hotel users at all times.If they promise an additional bed within 30 mins,the lead time must be followed Not repling after severals hours close to Midnight that there is No extra bed.If a family room is offered No changes to payments must follow.Generally the hotel is too smoky with Cigarette Puffs along the corridors and the lifts are rather slow.I Did find a cigarette on the carpet along the corridor which may be a fire hazard if it ignites the carpets.Probably No Smoking Signs to be placed for the Hotels Safety.With regard to the breakfast served,some stale bread or left over breads have been added with fresh ones and the toaster is not functioning.neither was it cleaned giving an awful sight to users.Level 1 also caters on f&b for night users.The Mee Goreng was too Salty to taste,people with diabetic may end up having a higher blood pressure.You must have more qc checks on all Foods Served.The staff at the f& b are OK.With regard to rooms proper ventilation must always be there,NOT musky smell and Air-Condtiones must be always be working Not suddendly It goes off leading to frustration of the users.The carpets and the Upholstry have Stains that do not give a good appearnce of the room,Cockroaces and Lizards have been seen.This is more like a budget hotel.

    Location is good and the food also is good with variety of choices for breakfast

    the reception counter is very bad and slow. there is only one person mending the check in counter at 8pm. the staff on duty said many other staff are on leave. there should be someone else be relieving the person on holiday.

    No water pipe near the toilet. No mineral water. The charge of RM30 for 24 hours internet access is too expensive. Iron cannot be sent to the hotel room.
